Welcome to Luxe Spray Tans & Shoppe. If you've never had a custom spray tan before, or if you've had a bad experience elsewhere, you're in the right place. I'm here to make sure your first appointment is comfortable, professional, and results in a glow you love.

This is not a one-shade-fits-all spray tan. I mix your formula for your skin tone, your undertone, and how you want to look when it develops. It is built on purpose, not pulled off a shelf and hoped for.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Here is the whole appointment, start to finish.

Arrival

You arrive and I welcome you in. I walk you through everything so you know exactly what is about to happen.

Consultation

I do a quick, unrushed consultation. I look at your skin, ask a few questions, and build your custom formula.

Preparation

You step into the room and change to your comfort level. I give clear instructions so you never feel unsure.

Application

I apply your tan using a step-by-step process. I guide you through each position so you feel comfortable the entire time.

Aftercare Intro

Once your tan is finished, I go over your rinse time and aftercare in person. About an hour later, your customized instructions come straight to your text or email, and they stay saved with your appointment notes.

Development

At home, you follow your rinse instructions and let the color develop. Over the next day, your tan settles into its final beautiful tone.

THE RESULT

Right after your appointment, you will see a bronzed color on your skin. That bronzer rinses off, and that is normal. Your real color develops underneath over the next 8 to 12 hours, and day two and three are when it looks its best.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

Four things that determine your result before you walk in the door.

• Exfoliate 24 to 48 hours before your appointment.
• Shave 12 to 24 hours before.
• Arrive with nothing on your skin. No lotion, no perfume, no deodorant.
• Wear loose, dark clothing after your appointment.

COMMON QUESTIONS

The ones everyone asks before their first appointment.

Will my tan look orange? +

No. Your formula is built for your skin tone and undertone, which is what prevents that orange look. The color is designed to develop natural, not artificial.

What do I wear during the appointment? +

Whatever you are comfortable in. Most clients wear minimal clothing or disposable options available at no charge, but it is always your choice. I guide you either way.

When can I shower after? +

I give you a custom rinse time at your appointment. It is based on your formula and how deep you want your result. I make sure you know exactly when and how to rinse.

How long does it last? +

Most of my tans last about two weeks, and some clients get closer to three. It comes down to how fast your skin renews itself, which is different for everyone. I show you how to get the most out of it before you leave.

I am nervous about being in minimal clothing. Is that normal? +

Yes, that is completely normal. Almost everyone feels that way their first time. I keep everything professional, calm, and guided so you never feel exposed or unsure.

"It is okay to feel a little nervous." That does not mean something is off, it just means it is new.

This is not luck or guessing, it is a formula doing exactly what it is meant to do, and you will leave looking like yourself, just better.
